TASTING BOX

Tasting box has 8 of our signature flavours and it’s designed to serve 2 people.

Cake portion is roughly 4 x 6 x 3 cm each slice.

Keep the box in the fridge and bring it to room temperature 2 hours before consumption. Consume them for the next 2 or 3 days.

ROSES VANILLA
Vanilla sponge cake brush with a delicate touch of roses & vanilla syrup, layered with vanilla white chocolate ganache and vanilla Swiss buttercream

RED BERRIES ON ME
White chocolate Mud cake layered with a vibrant red berries gel & vanilla berries Swiss buttercream

BRAZILIAN MARRIAGE
Coconut and lime cake with coconut and lime syrup layered with a Brazilian caramel “doce de leite” & coconut ganache

CARAMELIZED ORANGE & FIGS
Orange Almond cake layered with a salted caramel sauce, fig compote & salted caramel Swiss buttercream (GF)

CITRUS PARADISE
Mandarin cake layered with lemon curd, caramelized pecan and Brazilian caramel “doce de leite” (GF) (*for fondant design we will replace the lemon curd with a lemon buttercream)

CAMAFEU
Soft nutty sponge with caramelized walnuts and vanilla buttercream ganache (GF)

CHOCOLATE HEAVEN
Chocolate cake layered w/ Belgian chocolate ganache, caramelized hazelnuts & hazelnut praline buttercream

PAÇOCA
Chocolate cake layered w/ Belgian milk chocolate , crunch peanut butter and passion fruit ganache & delicious peanut butter crunch buttercream.
